Meds & supplements
A supplement tracker for the stack you actually take
Vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre, probiotics and anything else in your routine, grouped by stack and meal time. Reminders keep the routine going, and a streak shows whether it is sticking.
Short answer
TrackPep is a supplement and vitamin tracker for iPhone, Android and web. Add each supplement with the strength on its label, group it into a stack such as Morning or Bedtime, and set it with, before or after meals. Reminders arrive on schedule, one tap logs it, and your streak updates.

01 / How it works
Three steps, then it runs in the background
Add what you take
Type the name, the strength as printed on the label and the form: tablet, capsule, softgel, liquid, gummy, drops, spray or patch. Group items by prescription or by stack.
Copy the label timing
Pick before, with or after a meal, an empty stomach or bedtime, then the times and days your prescriber or the label gave you. Reminders follow that schedule.
Tap when you take it
One tap marks a dose taken, another marks it skipped. Your history, adherence and streak update on their own, and you can bring the record to an appointment.
02 / What you get
Built for the way pill schedules actually work
Meal-linked timing
Before breakfast, with dinner, on an empty stomach or at bedtime. Today groups your list by moment, so the checklist reads like your day.
Prescriptions and stacks
Group items by prescriber or by routine, such as Dr. Lee Rx or Morning stack, and colour-code them so a busy list stays readable.
Reminders you control
Notifications at the times you set, per item. Pro adds follow-up reminders if you haven't marked a dose.
One-tap taken or skipped
Mark each dose from Today in one tap. Skipped is a real answer, not a failure, and both are kept with the time.
Adherence history and streaks
See which days were complete and keep a streak going. Pro keeps your full history and adds export.
Next to your injections
GLP-1 and peptide doses, meals, water, weight and workouts live in the same app, so one timeline holds everything.
03 / What to record
What to write down for each supplement
The exact product name
Brands differ. Write the name as it appears on the bottle so the record is unambiguous later.
Strength per serving
Copy the amount and unit from the Supplement Facts panel, such as 1,000 IU or 200 mg, rather than from memory.
Form and serving
Capsule, softgel, gummy, powder or drops, and how many make one serving on the label.
When and with what
With breakfast, on an empty stomach or at bedtime. Timing on the label exists for a reason.
Why you started
A short note on the reason and who suggested it helps you and your clinician decide later whether to keep it.
Start and stop dates
Dates turn a list into a history, which is what you need when something changes.
04 / One app
Replace the drawer of single-purpose apps
Most people who take a weekly injection also take something every day. TrackPep keeps both on one Today screen, next to meals, water and training.
- Pill reminder
- Supplement tracker
- Injection log
- Food diary
- Water tracker
- Workout log
What TrackPep does not do
TrackPep reminds you of the schedule you enter and records what you mark. It does not suggest doses, check drug or supplement interactions, count pills or tell you what to do after a missed dose. Your pharmacist, prescriber and the patient leaflet are the right sources for those questions.
Questions
- Can I group supplements into stacks?
- Yes. Give items a group such as Morning stack or Gym stack, and Today shows them together at the right time of day.
- Does TrackPep tell me which supplements to take?
- No. TrackPep records what you choose to take and reminds you on schedule. It does not recommend supplements, amounts or combinations. A clinician or pharmacist can review your stack.
- I take supplements alongside a GLP-1. Can I track both?
- Yes. Weekly GLP-1 injections and daily supplements appear on the same Today screen, with meals, water and weight in the same app.
- Is TrackPep free?
- Yes. The free plan covers up to 3 active meds and supplements with reminders. Pro removes the cap and adds follow-up reminders, full adherence history and data export.
- Does TrackPep check drug or supplement interactions?
- No. TrackPep is a reminder and record-keeping tool. Ask your pharmacist or prescriber about interactions, especially when you add a supplement to a prescription medication.
- Can I track pills and GLP-1 injections in the same app?
- Yes. Daily pills and supplements sit on the same Today screen as weekly GLP-1 or peptide injections, with meals, water, weight and workouts alongside.
