A medication reminder app that follows your meals
Prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and supplements on one daily checklist. Set each item before, with or after a meal, get a reminder at the right moment, and record it in one tap.
Short answer
TrackPep is a free medication and pill reminder app for iPhone, Android and web. You add each prescription, OTC medicine or supplement with its label timing, such as before breakfast or at bedtime, and it reminds you at those times. One tap records taken or skipped, building an adherence history you can share.

01 / How it works
Three steps, then it runs in the background
Add what you take
Type the name, the strength as printed on the label and the form: tablet, capsule, softgel, liquid, gummy, drops, spray or patch. Group items by prescription or by stack.
Copy the label timing
Pick before, with or after a meal, an empty stomach or bedtime, then the times and days your prescriber or the label gave you. Reminders follow that schedule.
Tap when you take it
One tap marks a dose taken, another marks it skipped. Your history, adherence and streak update on their own, and you can bring the record to an appointment.
02 / What you get
Built for the way pill schedules actually work
Meal-linked timing
Before breakfast, with dinner, on an empty stomach or at bedtime. Today groups your list by moment, so the checklist reads like your day.
Prescriptions and stacks
Group items by prescriber or by routine, such as Dr. Lee Rx or Morning stack, and colour-code them so a busy list stays readable.
Reminders you control
Notifications at the times you set, per item. Pro adds follow-up reminders if you haven't marked a dose.
One-tap taken or skipped
Mark each dose from Today in one tap. Skipped is a real answer, not a failure, and both are kept with the time.
Adherence history and streaks
See which days were complete and keep a streak going. Pro keeps your full history and adds export.
Next to your injections
GLP-1 and peptide doses, meals, water, weight and workouts live in the same app, so one timeline holds everything.
03 / Buying guide
What a good pill reminder app should do
Follow label timing, not just clock time
Labels say take with food or on an empty stomach. An app that understands meals keeps those instructions intact.
Handle more than one schedule
Twice daily, weekdays only, every other day, as needed and weekly injections should all fit on one list.
Make logging one tap
If recording a dose takes effort, the record stops being accurate. Taken and skipped should both be quick.
Keep a history you can show someone
A dated record of what was taken and skipped is useful at a pharmacy review or a prescriber appointment.
Respect your data
Health records should never fund advertising. Check where data is stored, whether you can export it and how to delete it.
Stay in its lane
A reminder app should record your plan, not change it. Dosing, interactions and missed-dose decisions belong with a pharmacist or prescriber.
04 / One app
Replace the drawer of single-purpose apps
Most people who take a weekly injection also take something every day. TrackPep keeps both on one Today screen, next to meals, water and training.

- Water tracker

What TrackPep does not do
TrackPep reminds you of the schedule you enter and records what you mark. It does not suggest doses, check drug or supplement interactions, count pills or tell you what to do after a missed dose. Your pharmacist, prescriber and the patient leaflet are the right sources for those questions.
Questions
- Can it remind me to take a pill before or after a meal?
- Yes. Each medication has a meal timing: before a meal, with a meal, after a meal, on an empty stomach, at bedtime or any time. You choose the reminder times that match your routine.
- Does it work for twice-daily or alternate-day medications?
- Yes. Set up to 8 times a day, pick specific weekdays, repeat every few days, or mark an item as needed so it never nags.
- Can a caregiver or my doctor see the record?
- TrackPep has no shared caregiver accounts. Pro includes a printable report and data export you can bring to an appointment or share yourself.
- Is TrackPep free?
- Yes. The free plan covers up to 3 active meds and supplements with reminders. Pro removes the cap and adds follow-up reminders, full adherence history and data export.
- Does TrackPep check drug or supplement interactions?
- No. TrackPep is a reminder and record-keeping tool. Ask your pharmacist or prescriber about interactions, especially when you add a supplement to a prescription medication.
- Can I track pills and GLP-1 injections in the same app?
- Yes. Daily pills and supplements sit on the same Today screen as weekly GLP-1 or peptide injections, with meals, water, weight and workouts alongside.
