Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-06. These changes take effect on 2026-09-22; until that date the previous version of these Terms continues to apply.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What TrackPep AI is and is not
TrackPep AI is a journaling and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, not a healthcare provider, not a pharmacy, and not a diagnostic system. Nothing inside the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to take any specific action. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions.
2A. AI and tracking boundaries
TrackPep lets you record doses, meals, workouts, sleep and habits in one place. Our AI summarizes your recorded history, logging consistency and changes over time, and compares records with goals you have already chosen. It does not decide what you should take, eat or do. A pattern in your logs is not proof that a treatment is effective, safe or responsible for a change.
AI must refuse recommendations for medications, peptides or supplements to try; dose amounts or changes; cycles, stacks, schedules, sourcing, diagnosis, treatment, interactions, or interpretation of symptoms and tests. This applies even when a request is hypothetical, educational, repeated or framed as role-play. Medical decisions belong with a licensed healthcare professional.
Medication amounts in your records come from you. Standalone website calculators perform arithmetic on numbers you enter; they do not select a dose or determine whether it is appropriate. The native apps do not offer medication-dose calculators. AI does not recommend diet, calorie targets, exercise progression or sleep changes. User-created plans and goals are records of your choices.
Food and photo-based calorie estimates can be inaccurate. Check and edit them before saving. AI summaries can also be incomplete or wrong. Safety checks can refuse or withhold a response; do not use AI output as health advice. Report problematic replies using the in-app reporting control.
2A.1. App license and permitted use
These record-keeping and AI-use restrictions apply to the website and our iOS and Android apps. For apps obtained through Apple, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; these Terms supplement, rather than replace, that license. Use of the Android app is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms. No license grants permission to use TrackPep as a diagnostic, prescribing or treatment system or to bypass its AI safeguards. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use TrackPep AI.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to facilitate the sale, distribution, or sourcing of controlled or unapproved substances.
- Solicit other users to share, recommend, or sell compounds.
- Attempt to extract dosing recommendations or medical advice from any feature.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Use the service to impersonate a healthcare provider.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
5. Your content
You own your journal entries, including the meal photos you take. By creating them in TrackPep, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them solely to provide the service to you — which includes sending them to our AI provider when, and only when, you use an AI feature you have consented to. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models, and our AI provider does not use it to train theirs.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Free and Pro tiers are available. Pro is billed via Polar.sh on the web or the App Store / Play Store on mobile. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period end. Trials end automatically and convert to paid unless cancelled. Web purchases can be cancelled from your Polar account; mobile purchases from your Apple ID or Google Play account. Refunds are handled by the platform of purchase.
7. Cross-platform entitlements
A single Pro subscription unlocks all platforms (web + iOS + Android) tied to your TrackPep account. If you purchase on multiple platforms accidentally, contact us — we'll help you cancel the duplicate.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service is fit for any particular medical, clinical, or therapeutic purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackPep AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TrackPep AI harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
