Is TrackPep free?
Yes — there is a free plan with generous limits for dose logging, side-effect tracking, weight trends, hydration, and inventory. A paid plan is available for users who need unlimited tracking and advanced features.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by row-level security so no other user can access it, and we never sell or share your data. See our Security page for full details.
What compounds can I track?
You can log any compound — GLP-1s (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, liraglutide), peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, ipamorelin, GH secretagogues, melanocortins), SARMs, hormones, and custom compounds. The library has 26 pre-loaded compounds with half-life and Tmax reference data.
What is the reconstitution calculator?
Enter your vial mg, BAC water volume, and target dose, and it tells you exactly how many units to draw on a U-100 syringe. No sign-up required — free to use at /tools/reconstitution-calculator.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. TrackPep is a logging and reference tool only. All compound descriptions are educational and marked as pending clinical review. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting or changing any protocol.
What is the daily quiz?
Every day you get 5 randomised questions about peptides, GLP-1s, longevity, and biohacking. Answer them, build a streak, and sharpen your knowledge while you track. Questions are static and educational — no personal data involved.
How does injection site rotation work?
The site rotation map divides your body into 8 zones (abdomen × 4, thigh × 2, arm × 2). The app remembers the last site used and suggests the next one in sequence, helping you avoid lipohypertrophy and inconsistent absorption.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can delete or export your data from Settings at any time. Exports include all logged doses, side effects, weight entries, and hydration logs in JSON format.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — TrackPep is available on iOS and Android via Expo. The mobile app includes all the same features as the web version: dose logging, site rotation, side-effect tracking, weight, hydration, inventory, quiz, and tools.
How do streaks work?
The quiz streak tracks consecutive days you complete the daily quiz. If you miss a day, the streak resets. Streaks are computed from your quiz_answers history and sync across devices.
