It has been shown in preclinical studies to activate AMPK signalling, improve insulin sensitivity, and counteract age-related metabolic decline. Its half-life is approximately 1 hour in rodent models. As a mitochondrial peptide, it represents a relatively new class of signalling molecules whose human pharmacokinetics and long-term safety remain under investigation. Users should track dosing protocols, metabolic markers, and any effects on energy levels or body composition.
