Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: 2026-09-06. These changes take effect on 2026-09-22; until that date the previous version of this disclaimer continues to apply.

Personal record-keeping only

TrackPep is a journaling tool. The features in the app — logging doses, tracking side effects, and reading compound information — are intended for personal record-keeping and general education. Nothing inside the app constitutes:

  • medical advice,
  • a diagnosis of any condition,
  • a recommendation to start, stop, increase, or decrease any medication,
  • a recommendation to source, purchase, or use any compound, or
  • a substitute for consultation with a licensed clinician, pharmacist, or other qualified provider.

AI describes records, not treatment outcomes

Our AI may summarize what you logged and compare it with your own goals. It must refuse requests for doses, peptides to try, medication changes, cycles, stacks, sourcing or medical advice, including hypothetical requests. It cannot determine whether a treatment is working or whether a change in your records was caused by it. It does not interpret symptoms or tests, assess safety, or prescribe health changes. Discuss those decisions with a licensed healthcare professional.

What TrackPep does not do

To be unambiguous, TrackPep:

  • does not promote, encourage, or recommend the use of peptides, medications, or any compound;
  • does not supply, sell, prescribe, or help you source any medication or compound, and contains no links or marketplace to buy them;
  • does not endorse, sponsor, or have any affiliation with any product, brand, seller, pharmacy, clinic, or healthcare provider;
  • does not suggest dosages or protocols — any calculator simply performs arithmetic on numbers you enter.

Fitness, nutrition and coaching features

TrackPep also lets you log meals, workouts, habits and body measurements, and offers a factual weekly review, user-created training plans, and calorie and macronutrient estimates — including estimates produced from a photograph of a meal. These are general wellness and fitness features, not medical, nutritional, dietetic, or physiotherapy advice, not a prescribed diet, and not a rehabilitation or treatment programme.

  • Calorie and macronutrient figures are estimates. Photo-based estimates in particular can be substantially wrong, and food database entries — including USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, which we do not control — can be incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Suggested training plans and next-set weights are general fitness guidance based on what you have logged. They do not account for injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications, and they are not physiotherapy or rehabilitation.
  • The weekly review describes your own logs. It does not diagnose anything, does not tell you whether a compound is working, and does not suggest, adjust, or comment on any medication or peptide dose — doses, compounds, side effects and bloodwork are deliberately excluded from it entirely.
  • Exercise carries a risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme or a diet, especially if you are pregnant, have or have had an eating disorder, or have diabetes, kidney, heart or musculoskeletal conditions.

Features labelled AI-generated are produced automatically by a third-party model, can be wrong, and are never medical advice. You can report any AI reply from inside the app.

Reference content is educational only

Compound profiles and articles are summarised from peer-reviewed literature for general educational purposes. Half-life values, mechanisms, and pharmacokinetic estimates are approximations subject to substantial individual variation. The presence of a compound in our library is not an endorsement, recommendation, or assertion of safety.

Regulatory status

Many peptides discussed in the app are not FDA-approved for human use, are sold for research purposes only, or are otherwise subject to evolving regulation. TrackPep does not provide legal advice and does not facilitate purchase. You are responsible for understanding the legal status of any compound where you live.

Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not use TrackPep in place of emergency care.
