How the BPC-157 dose maths works
The calculator works in two steps. First it finds the concentration of the reconstituted vial: milligrams of BPC-157 divided by millilitres of bacteriostatic water. Then it converts your dose into a volume and reads that volume off the syringe scale you selected — 100 units per mL on a U-100 syringe, 40 on a U-40. It also flags doses too small to measure accurately and doses that need more than one draw.
No published human pharmacokinetics. Animal work puts the plasma half-life on a minutes scale (roughly 15–30 min after parenteral dosing) while the peptide stays stable in gastric juice; the 30-minute value here is a modelling estimate only (Sikiric et al., reviews 2010–2020).

- How many units of BPC-157 should I draw?
- That depends entirely on your vial size, how much water you added, and the dose you were prescribed. Enter those three numbers and the tool marks the units on the syringe — but the dose itself has to come from your prescriber.
- Why does my dose read differently on a U-40 syringe?
- The U number describes the barrel markings, not the medication. The same volume reads as 10 units on a U-100 syringe and 4 units on a U-40, so always calculate against the syringe in your hand.
