Its short half-life of approximately 4 hours reflects rapid enzymatic degradation in plasma. While human clinical data remain limited, BPC-157 is among the most commonly discussed peptides in biohacking communities. Mechanism

Research summary

Most published evidence is preclinical (rodent) work on tissue repair and gastrointestinal protection. It is not FDA-approved, and rigorous human clinical trial data are limited.
