The amount and its unit are required and are stored exactly as given: TrackPep does not calculate, convert, infer, default, or suggest a dose, and this tool refuses any call that does not carry an amount. Ask the user for the amount; never supply one on their behalf. - `log_workout` (scope `write:log`) — Record a completed workout session and its sets in the signed-in user's training log. Volume, set count and duration are computed by TrackPep from the sets; send the sets and when the session ended. - `log_habit` (scope `write:log`) — Record a habit or wellness check-in in the signed-in user's tracker, for today or yesterday only. Idempotent: calling it twice for the same habit and day updates that day rather than adding a second entry. It cannot reach further back than yesterday, so it can correct today's entry but never rewrite the user's history. An authorized agent can read the user's own doses, meals, workouts, habits, water and weight, and can add new entries of those kinds.
